Topics include privacy and security (in the context of cyber communications) and discrimination and equality (focusing on race). Panelists are Harvard academics and European scholars and practitioners.</span></p><p><span>Dean </span><span>Martha Minow</span><span> will introduce the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, </span><span>Thorbjørn Jagland</span><span>, who will make a keynote address at  12 p.m. in Milstein East B.
