来华攻读博士学位项目：资助外国优秀硕士攻读中国大学博士学位。（针对博士项目申请者，中文授课）

There are two types of funding which all include tuition fees, living and research allowances, international travel expenses.
1)Sino-foreign joint-training doctoral program: Sponsor outstanding doctoral students registered in foreign ( the US) universities to study, conduct joint research, and write their doctoral dissertations in China. The study period can be 6-24 months.
2) Ph.D. Program in China: Sponsor those who already got a master's degree in the US, and want to get a Ph.D. degree in Chinese University. This is a doctoral program, and the applications need to register classes that are taught in Chinses. So, the applications must meet the language requirement. The studying period is 4 years.
